Publicera was first created in 2005 to let me develop php5 applications without reinventing the wheel every time. Until now, I have only used it at work and keeping the source closed. Publicera have matured enough to be released for the public. The current version is 1.1 and contains article handling, comment system, user management. New features will constantly be added. This is NOT a CMS but like a lego, where you take the pieces that you want and build a complete web site rapidly.
